Senior Group Coaching is built for older adults who want to move, laugh, and stay sharp without beating up their bodies. We design our sessions around gentle warmups, low-impact movement, and clear instruction so you feel safe and supported on the court.We focus on balance, coordination, and simple shot patterns that keep you in the point without requiring you to sprint. Need to sit for a bit? No problem. We keep the atmosphere relaxed and pressure-free, with plenty of water breaks and encouragement.Just as important, these groups are social. You'll meet other seniors, share stories between games, and start looking forward to seeing familiar faces each week. Whether you're brand new or returning to sports after many years, we'll help you stay active, connected, and confident while you play. Each session can accommodate up to 15 people.
